Dan Adams

Dan spent his earlier career in newspapers. Starting with Montana in 1985 and continuing through 2006 in Madison, Wisconsin, Portland, Oregon, Quad Cities and Tucson Arizona. Dan held multiple positions including general manager, publisher and VP of advertising.After 2006 he has owned or co-owned a leading digital consulting company, a highly successful in-home care business and several retail and media online websites & lifestyle magazines.

Dan was involved early in a privacy software/digital media startup located in Toronto, Ontario (Bering Media) until it was sold to Audience Partners in December 2014. His current role for AP is vice president of client services. Audience Partners is a data-driven targeting advertising company involved in Political, Advocacy, Healthcare and major ISP’s & MVPD’s.

Dan has experience in sales, marketing, publishing, start-ups, public speaking, non-profit & for profit board work, healthcare and sales training. He is a proficient and creative problem solver with working knowledge in startups & small business to large, complex corporations. He also has earned the ability to coach, counsel, develop and create growth in people and opportunities.

Mark Monroe

Mark Monroe has more than 20 years of innovative and results-driven leadership in fast paced sales and marketing roles with media companies. He has worked in various sales and development capacities over the years, developing an expertise in sales development and sales management.

Monroe has led legacy sales and marketing efforts while leading the charge for new digital ventures. He has created and guided digital ad operations and digital revenue development for both Lee Enterprises and the Small Newspaper Group (SNG) on a corporate-wide scale. Monroe held executive leadership roles with Lee Enterprises, Inc, the Small Newspaper Group (SNG) and the Sinclair Broadcasting Group as well as the Quad-City Times. Monroe was Lee’s first Corporate Director of Interactive Media pioneering much of Lee’s Internet efforts and strategies. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Marketing from Saint Ambrose University.
